I’m Bella, a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki practitioner, and spiritualist dedicated to providing soul-centered bodywork specialized for women and the LGBTQ+ community.

I am a proud graduate of The Institute for Holistic Health in Poughkeepsie, NY, where I completed my training in massage therapy. I am also a practitioner of Usui Reiki Ryoho and a birth & postpartum doula trained through Cornerstone Doula Trainings.

My approach to therapeutic massage is equally intentional and intuitive; soul-centered. We co-create an intentional session plan, and then I let my intuition guide the flow of the treatment.

I specialize in massage therapy for women’s and queer wellness, with a particular focus on creating a warm, respectful, and affirming space for people who value compassionate, trauma-informed care.

My experience, education, and techniques are especially aimed at folks around the perinatal transition stage.

I am passionate about providing body-aware care, moving at a pace that feels most comfortable for you while also gently encouraging self-healing.
